Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Car allowance + Pension
Location: Hampshire, Petersfield
Our client is a leading high-end residential contractor with a strong reputation for deliveringplex & high-end projects. Following a period of sustained growth and the award of several super-prime projects across Hampshire, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. These schemes include bespoke new-build properties orplex refurbishments.
About the RoleThis is a senior position where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, providing leadership and strategic oversight throughout the entire lifecycle. You’ll be involved from pre-construction planning and contract negotiation, through project setup and programming, to day-to-day operational delivery and final handover. The role demands strong organisational skills and the ability to manage severalplex schemes concurrently while maintaining client satisfaction andmercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee multiple high-end residential projects from inception topletion
2. Lead pre-construction activities, including planning, procurement, and contract agreements
3. Set up projects, allocate resources, and establish programmes
4. Ensurepliance with contractual obligations andpany standards
5. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
6. Monitor budgets, risk, andmercial performance across all schemes
7. Support and mentor Project Managers and Site Managers
8. Drive quality, safety, and sustainability throughout delivery
What We’re Looking For
9. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in high-end residential
10. Strong understanding of bespoke construction and luxury finishes
11. Excellent leadership andmunication skills
12. Ability to manage multipleplex projects concurrently
Salary £70,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
