You will provide vital administrative support to the nursery team, including the manager and owner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Manage nursery records, registration, and data entry Handle general correspondence and incoming calls Support staff with scheduling and documentation Assist with billing, invoicing, and financial record keeping Coordinate supplies and maintain administrative stock Support compliance tasks including record keeping related to safeguarding and health & safety.
