Job Description:
To £43,500 + £4,000 Bonus + Car
Covering Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northants.
Inheriting an established customer base in the East Midlands, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Regional Account Manager to continue to maintain long term relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Account management of key customers within construction, plant and tool hire and groundcare building strong relationships and exploring new opportunities.
Provide expert advice on the companys range of plant machinery and services, working closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Identify new business opportunities working closely with our supply partners on new product innovation and environmental solutions.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
We are looking for an experienced field sales professional with a background of
account management and new business development within the plant hire, construction or groundcare sectors. From your CV and we hope to see:
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A hands-on approach including site visits and demonstrations.
Excellent territory planning and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and build relationships with customers using strong communication skills.
Salary/Benefits Information:
Base salary to £43,500 plus £4,000 in additional benefits.
Fully expensed company car, full product training and ongoing management support.
