The Hygiene Operative is responsible for the cleaning and sanitising of production equipment, machinery, and factory areas to meet strict food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To be a hands-on operator supporting the delivery of the hygiene function in the factory.
- The cleaning of the specialist factory equipment
- The cleaning of all internal areas up to the required standards laid out in the hygiene management system.
- Ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
- Comply with the food and hygiene requirements at all times.
- Support in the delivery of the key performance targets in your area of work
- Attention to detail and accuracy with tasks and quality standards is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of the factory machinery are desirable but training will be given.
- Physical lifting and movement of equipment components
Job Requirements
