SEO Manager:
Overall Purpose of the role:
The primary objective of the role is to increase organic search traffic.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop and implement the company wide SEO strategy
2. Proactively promote SEO best practice throughout the business
3. Work closely with our in-house teams and our PR agency to grow offsite SEO performance
4. Carry out competitor analysis, keyword research, content reviews and other associated research
5. Be hands-on with the implementation of onsite SEO tasks including designing information architecture, on-page optimisation, site audits, structured data implementation and so on.
6. Play an integral role in the development and execution of the content strategy
7. Define SEO KPI frameworks and reporting processes
8. Undertake ad hoc research/analysis/ troubleshooting when required by the business
9. Work closely with our inhouse development team to implement technical SEO improvements
10. Keep up to date with the latest trends across SEO and content marketing

11. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise tasks based on what is best for the business
12. Strong project management and time management skills to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
13. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines
14. Excel as part of a team and an organisation which values collaboration
15. Ability to communicated technical SEO in a way that is easy to understand
16. Excellent attention to detail is a must
17. Creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
