Job Description
3. Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
4. Maintain records of financial transactions and support reconciliations.
5. Accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge.
6. Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
7. Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and finances.
8. Ensure timely submission of financial documents to relevant parties.
9. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
10. Contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
11. Experience in financial administration or a related field.
12. AP and AR knowledge essential
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Strong numerical and organisational skills.
15. An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
16. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
17. A collaborative attitude to support team objectives in the not-for-profit sector.
