We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Associate Solicitor to join the successful and well-established Conveyancing Team in our Thatcham office. The ideal candidate will have 5 years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload. The Role Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion Attend and promote the firm at business networking opportunities, actively seeking new business relationship and leads Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service About you 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing Proven business development skills – able to generate own pipeline and network effectively Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues Strong client-facing skills Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills We offer Salary: Competitive Office: Thatcham Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Other Benefits: Flexible Leave (Holiday) Policy, pension, life assurance, medical health cash plan & discount portal with Virtual GP & wellbeing tools & advice.
