Job Description
Finance Business Partner responsibilities include;
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
4. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
5. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
7. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams.
8. Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Implement cost management initiatives to enhance profitability.
10. Identify process improvements across finance and operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
12. Previous experience within a Management Accountant/ Business partnering role
13. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
14. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
16. Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
17. Multi-site experience desirable
