This dynamic law firm has an opportunity for you to work in their lively Residential Property team.
Your role will include dealing with:
* Opening of new files
* Assisting with exchange
* Completions and post completion work
* Speaking with clients in person and by telephone
* Preparing and drafting legal documentation
The ideal conveyancing paralegal candidate must:
* Have 12 or more months experience of working within a property department as a paralegal
* Be happy to participate in networking events and business development from time to time
* Have a keen eye for detail and high standards for work output
You will be working in a busy team of paralegals and conveyancers. You will work alongside a leading, well-regarded partner with extensive knowledge of the Surrey and London property market.
