Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for additional bank hours, working in our friendly Hospice at Home team?
Main duties of the job
The Hospice at Home team provides care for patients with any life-limiting condition in their own homes. Support can be provided throughout a 24hr period, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our amazing team provide quality specialist palliative care by addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and their carers.

Job responsibilities
Ideally you have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working as a Health Care Assistant professional, providing support to frail/ infirm clients or people with life-limiting illnesses
* Evidence of working independently without direct supervision
* Experience of patient care in a community/ care home/ hospital setting
* Experience of caring for patients with a range of life-limiting illnesses would be desirable
* Commitment to undertake training as appropriate for the role i.e. basic life support, manual handling, medicines management etc
