Are you passionate about animals and love providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Receptionist to join our busy, three-site veterinary clinic. This full-time role also includes some Animal care Assistant responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in both client-facing and hands-on animal care duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks
* Supporting the veterinary team with basic animal care and handling
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception and clinical environment
* Assisting with general clinic duties
Alphapet is a well-established veterinary group, with branches located a short drive from one another across Bognor Regis, Birdham, and Chichester. Our team works exceptionally well together, demonstrating compassion for all the pets who walk through our door.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plus
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A calm, compassionate approach to both people and animals
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work across our three clinic sites as needed

This is a full-time role working across our three sites, covering 40 hours per week across 5 days, with 1:4 Saturday mornings.
