We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager with a passion for sales and

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Shape and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy, helping define target sectors, service offerings,
and pricing approaches as the business scales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activity, using insights to
adjust strategies and highlight new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and support the company’s long-
term goals and vision.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that can expand the client base or enhance the
company’s credibility within specialist industries.
• Use telephone sales, marketing techniques, and networking to attract and convert new business from
high-quality clients across sectors such as Security Companies, Private Estates and other highly vetted
industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all new business and sales enquiries, providing a professional
and knowledgeable first impression of the company.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that effectively communicate the
company’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, client
satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development
initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Provide input into recruitment delivery processes, ensuring smooth handovers between business
development and candidate delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity, and
helping to refine workflows, reporting templates, and lead-tracking processes.
• Work closely with the leadership team to forecast sales, monitor performance, and continuously
improve business development processes.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs, consistently contributing to company revenue goals.
• Develop and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the industries we serve, confidently articulating
our unique strengths and service offerings.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• A confident and results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills and proven experience in
sales/business development. Previous experience in the security or recruitment sector is a plus, but not
essential.
• A driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed. You’ll be eager to meet and exceed
targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential. You'll need to build rapport
quickly with new clients and maintain strong relationships with current connections.
