A Senior Employee Engagement Manager, who will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives to drive and enhance employee engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will support in driving our employee value proposition across the Business, ensuring that our communication is clear, current and aligned with the Company’s goals and values.

Creating and delivering engaging content for our internal communication platforms.
Working closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure content and internal communication is aligned with Company goals and values.
Identifying key engagement touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, tailoring content and feedback metrics appropriately.
Overseeing the planning and execution of employee engagement activities
Establishing and monitoring progress of activities, providing structured feedback to key stakeholders.
Creating and managing recognition programs that highlight employee achievements and significant milestones.
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management, including Senior Management.
Proficiency with employee survey tools, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
