Supervisors Role Overview
Natural promoters of customer service excellence, our Supervisors are advocates of a first-class shopping experience and go out of their way to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Collaborative and adaptable, they oversee the operational and commercial practices of the store, helping to harmonise efficiencies on the shop floor and assisting the wider in-store management team in driving commercial growth.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience we are known for. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay updated on the latest styles and be the driving force behind excellent service in-store. Your role involves advising customers on outfit building—whether for daywear, workwear, or wedding wear—and helping achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solutions.
Key Accountabilities and KPIs
1. Actively greet, assist, and sell in a professional, consultative manner to build multiple sales, championing our high-quality premium products.
2. Collaborate with the in-store team to deliver an inspiring representation of the TFG vision, maximising store profitability in line with business objectives and promotional incentives.
3. Maintain a commercial approach to operations, handle transactions accurately, and anticipate future opportunities to engage customers.
4. Assist in all tasks required for the smooth day-to-day running of the store, promoting our brand and products as a dependable shopping destination.
About You
We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role. You should be reliable, motivated, and flexible to work on a rota basis, balancing shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer-facing interactions are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise. Customer-centric and proud of your work, you will focus on adding value and maximising every commercial opportunity in store.
