About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the DN12 area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to inspiring young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Promote high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (NQT/ECTs welcome to apply)
Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
A genuine passion for teaching and child development
