JOB- Head of Management Information
LOCATION- Fully Remote (UK-based)
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £80,000 to £110,000 per annum

We are a forward-thinking organisation investing heavily in data, reporting, and analytics to drive business performance. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our data leadership capability with the appointment of a Head of Management Information.
We are looking to hire a Head of Management Information to lead the delivery of high-quality reporting, dashboards, and insights across the business. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to shape MI strategy and build a data-driven culture within a collaborative environment.
The Head of Management Information will ideally have the following attributes:
• Proven experience leading MI or reporting teams within a commercial environment
• A degree qualification (BSc, MSc etc.) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience developing and managing reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• A proactive and commercially focused mindset
The Head of Management Information role will involve:
• Leading and developing the MI and reporting team
• Defining and delivering the MI strategy aligned to business objectives
• Designing and implementing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the business
• Ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting standards
• Collaborating with data engineering and IT teams on data infrastructure
• Driving a data-led culture across the organisation
