We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer with an electro-mechanical skillset. It would be amazing if you have electronics experience, e.g., PCB development, IoT implementation, and embedded software/C++.
This is a hybrid role dividing your time between the offices in Basildon, Essex and working from home. Salary is up to £60,000 depending on your skills and experience.
It's important that you have a substantial background developing and designing products within a manufacturing environment, with a big focus on NPD.
You should have a working knowledge of injection moulding processes, plastics/ceramics, plus an understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, etc.
Additionally, you should possess strong technical design skills, working to an advanced level with both 2D CAD and 3D modelling via Solidworks.
Ideally, you will be degree-level qualified in a relevant subject, e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Product Design, plus possess excellent project management skills. Interested? Then apply today!
