The Role: As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in product merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
The Ecommerce Executive will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure the site is engaging, commercially effective, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product listings across the website and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong presentation Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and trading campaigns Assist with daily merchandising, using data such as stock levels, bestsellers, conversion rate, and newness to inform decisions Work closely with the creative team to build engaging, high-performing landing pages Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and profitability Identify opportunities to improve on-site performance and support actions to drive results Support the use of on-site tools and product discovery platforms to enhance user experience and conversion Use analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities Collaborate with marketing, content, customer service, and development teams to ensure a seamless online journey About You: Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital role is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a high standard of execution Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and develop Strong communication xxuwjjq skills and ability to work cross-functional.
