Are you a natural communicator with a passion for people? Moore Teachers is looking for a Resource Consultant to help us identify, engage, and prepare exceptional teaching candidates for roles in local schools.
In this vital role, you’ll work closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure vacancies are filled with high-quality, fully vetted staff.
The right candidate would ideally have some experience in education recruitment and previous work in a primary school would be an advantage; however, if you are seeking to transition into a new career and can demonstrate transferable skills from your current role, we’re happy to have a conversation!
What You'll Do:
* Contact prospective candidates and engage them to register with Moore Teachers
* Conduct face to face or video registrations, supporting candidates through compliance process
* Build partnerships with universities, job centres, and other organisations to attract top teaching talent.
* Write compelling adverts and teacher profiles that stand out in a competitive market.
* Work together with our recruitment consultants to source candidates for active vacancies.
We can offer you:
* A starting salary of £25,500-£26,500 pa depending on experience
* Monthly commission and annual bonus after completion of probation
* A full-time role, 9.00 – 6.00 Monday to Friday
