Product Manager | Renewables Firm - Technology | £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid LDN
This is a Product Manager position for a leading Renewable Energy organisation, operating across generation, trading, and energy technology platforms. You will play a key supporting role in shaping and delivering digital products that support the firm’s transition and growth within the clean energy market.
The Product Manager role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across product strategy, roadmap planning, and value delivery within a complex and evolving technology landscape. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and optimisation, helping define product roadmaps, prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, and track measurable outcomes aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with the CTO, Engineering Leads, and senior business stakeholders, building strong alignment between technology, commercial, and operational teams. With a focus on stakeholder engagement, data-led insights, delivery coordination, and continuous improvement, this role allows you to contribute to best practices, develop ownership of initiatives, and gain meaningful exposure within a structured product environment.
The organisation is currently undergoing major transformation initiatives, including:
* Supporting the launch of new renewable energy products and assisting with the development of digital customer platforms
* Contributing to data and analytics initiatives to help improve forecasting accuracy and asset performance insights
* Assisting in the modernisation of core technology systems and architecture as part of wider transformation programmes
💰 Up to £100,000 + Benefits + Bonus
🚂 Nearest stations: Liverpool Street, St Pauls, Bank
📍 3 days per week onsite, Hybrid
Experience required:
* Some experience in product management, ideally supporting product teams or working on technology-driven initiatives
* Understanding of Agile delivery and the software development lifecycle
* Experience contributing within fast-paced, transformation-focused environments
Key skills for the Product Manager role:
* Exposure to the energy, renewables, utilities, or regulated industries
* Supporting product strategy & roadmaps, assisting in defining roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and tracking outcomes aligned with business goals
* Stakeholder collaboration - working with engineering, commercial, operational teams, and senior stakeholders to support alignment and delivery
* Data-informed decision making - assisting in gathering and analysing customer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to inform priorities
* Commercial and sector awareness - understanding energy/renewables market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory considerations
* Continuous improvement mindset - supporting process improvements and best practices to ensure efficient, high-quality product delivery
