Franchised Dealership Glasgow region Basic Salary up to £34,859 – DOE OTE up to £54,428 Company Car A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join a busy commercial vehicle sales operation in Glasgow. This is a key leadership role supporting the senior management team and driving retail performance across both new and used LCVs. The role will suit someone currently working as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Retail Manager within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of commercial vehicles and FCA compliance. Key Responsibilities: Support and lead the retail sales team to meet volume and profit targets Monitor sales data and drive performance across key metrics Ensure all customer interactions meet the highest standards of compliance and service Coach and develop the team on process, product knowledge and systems Deliver consistent results in customer satisfaction and sales efficiency Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales campaigns and promotions Maintain a full understanding of new vehicle technology, finance, and aftermarket products What’s Needed: Previous experience in a senior sales role (Controller/Manager level) Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, funding options, and compliance procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching ability Confident working to targets and managing KPIs A full UK driving licence is essential What’s on Offer: Franchised site Glasgow location Up to £34,859 basic salary depending on experience OTE £54,428 Company car provided 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Additional holiday purchase scheme Manufacturer training and development Pension scheme and life assurance Cycle to work scheme Staff discount on vehicles, servicing and parts Apply Today!
