My client is the D2C scale up arm of a health and wellness group; with a range of clients in many geographies.
They are now looking for a leader that will be integral to the next stage of accelerated growth
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly commercial, brand-led, digital and E-comm expert, who will step into this pivotal leadership role combining strategic company goals with acquisition of customers and a focus on the online/brand experience and customer journey.
You will report to the CEO and lead a small dynamic team (consisting from amazon, E-commerce, B2B Sales, content and digital expertise) and look at scaling with a multichannel approach.
You will be driven and entrepreneurial; a leader; a creative thinker with the commercial acumen and savviness to continually attract new customers and keeping the current ones coming back for more!
You will come up with effective E-comm and digital strategies that will drive awareness, engagement, sales and loyalty.

* You are an expert in profitable D2C growth leveraging content to deliver sustainable results - health tech, FMCG challenger, lifestyle, beauty and retail will do.
* 10+ years of experience in digital, E-commerce, brand and commercial roles
* A proven track record of growing and evolving a brand through innovative content, online engagement and campaign execution.
* Strong foundation in social media content strategy and execution - a key driver the brands evolution.
* A commercially astute, data-informed approach with fluency in metrics like LTV and CAC.
* Passion for health, wellness, and wellbeing.
* Must be inspired by the mission as much as the role itself; comfortable working at pace in an entrepreneurial environment, while managing diverse stakeholders and priorities.
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to nurture and grow a high-performing team.
