A thriving secondary school in Waltham Forest is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to develop a career in education. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a key part of the classroom team. You'll provide hands-on support to students, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated, while also assisting teachers to deliver lessons that are both accessible and inspiring. This role is ideal for someone with patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills. You don't need extensive classroom experience, but you do need a proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
