What does this role involve? - Execute planned and reactive building maintenance tasks. - Handle general building, joinery, tiling, painting, fencing, paving, external works, drainage, and plumbing. - Perform planned preventative building maintenance according to schedules. - Manage and carry out maintenance and refurbishment projects for nursery setting properties. - Prioritize workload to complete repairs within KPI/SLA timescales. - Record work and related expenditure using relevant IT systems. - Maintain vehicle records and keep vehicles in a clean, tidy, and secure condition. - Adhere to company policies in particular Health and Safety Policy, conduct risk assessments, and communicate effectively with nursery managers/facilities helpdesk. - Supporting with additional projects.
