Job Title: Sales Manager - Lighting
An all-round management position responsible for Domestic, Industrial, Commercial, and emergency lighting sales directly into electrical wholesalers. We seek a focused, energetic, and passionate sales professional with a success-driven attitude.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage territory sales of all Ovia Ltd products within designated distributor areas, employing a push/pull sales strategy.
2. Proactively support local contractors through activities such as joint sales calls, trade mornings, ECA branch meetings, and product training.
3. Identify and develop sales opportunities with existing and new accounts in line with Ovia’s trading philosophy.
4. Organize and manage personal work schedules and administrative tasks, adhering to company policies.
5. Utilize appropriate tools effectively to maximize sales results.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors and contractors.
7. Manage existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
* Full, preferably clean, driving license.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to identify and develop opportunities within the framework of Scolmore’s trading philosophy.
* Dynamic approach and strong work ethic.
