Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Havant, Hampshire Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: 4x Days | Remote Working Hours: 37.5hrs Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum Clearance Required: Active SC Required The Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a growing Quality team supporting complex engineering and defence programmes. The role will act as a Quality Assurance representative across multiple programmes, providing governance, assurance, and regulatory compliance support throughout the programme lifecycle. This position is well suited to a Quality professional with strong Quality Management Systems experience particularly AS9100, who is looking to join a world leading defence organisation. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Quality Assurance representative across engineering and defence programmes. Support regulatory compliance and third-party certifications, including AS9100. Assist with internal quality investigations and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Plan, coordinate, and support external audits (customer, regulatory, and certification bodies). Engage with external industry, Government, and Military Quality Assurance stakeholders.
