What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the Way:Plan and deliver internal campaigns that align with business priorities, culture, and values.
Content Creation:Develop engaging content across various formats-think compelling written copy, eye-catching visuals, dynamic video scripts, and informative infographics!
Collaborate:Partner with teams across HR, IT, brand, customer, and operations to design campaigns that truly connect.
Manage the Calendar:Own and oversee the campaign calendar, ensuring key activities are coordinated across all internal channels.
Analyse & Improve:utilise feedback and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and boost content performance.
Champion Our Voice:Ensure all materials reflect our brand and communication standards, maintaining a consistent tone of voice.

Experience:Proven background in internal communications or employee engagement, specifically in campaigns and content development.
Creative Thinker:You bring fresh ideas and collaborate effectively with others.
Exceptional Skills:Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Simplifying Complexity:Ability to turn intricate messages into simple, relatable content that engages everyone.
Tech Savvy:Proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
Organisational Skills:Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
