Compensation and Benefits
Salary up to £60,000 DOE FTE, welcome bonus up to £5,000 and relocation allowance up to £5,000.

Position Overview
Bellevue Vets, a Silver ISFM-accredited practice in Frome, is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team.
Based in a beautifully converted, purpose-designed barn, the practice offers a calm and welcoming environment for both team and clients. Our caseload includes cats, dogs, rabbits and small furries, alongside a small number of exotics and wildlife cases brought in by the local community.
Responsibilities
You’ll enjoy a balanced mix of consultations and surgery, with procedures that are largely routine but varied enough to keep things interesting. There is real scope to work cases up thoroughly, build continuity and practise in your own style, with support when needed. Facilities include digital X-ray, ultrasound, VetAir dental equipment and multiparameter monitoring, with referral pathways readily available.
Work-Life Balance: Part time 20 hours per week across 2 days. We ideally need someone who can work on a Thursday but can be flexible on the other day during the week. The weekend commitment is 1:4 Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and there are no out-of-hours or on-call requirements.
Team and Development
You’ll be joining a welcoming team of two vets, four RVNs and a dedicated client care team, all supported by an engaged Practice Director. We also benefit from a visiting orthopaedic specialist and are happy to support further development, including certificate study.
