Pay & Bonus
1. £37,755 basic salary
2. £1,000 Loyalty Bonus paid after successful completion of probation followed by a regular monthly performance bonus.
3. Full‑time, permanent position
Shifts
4. 04:00 start based on 45 hours a week with 1 in 6 weekend work
The Role
5. Driving Class 2 refuse vehicles on planned Brighton routes
6. Working with a crew or single crewed completing refuse and recycling collections
7. Physical work, including getting in and out of the vehicle regularly
8. Driving safely in tight streets and busy areas
9. Keeping the vehicle and equipment in good condition
What You’ll Need
10. Category C (Class 2) licence
11. Valid CPC & Digi card
12. Comfortable with early starts and physical work
13. Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Desirable:
14. RO‑RO experience (not essential)
