What You’ll Do:
* Serve cocktails and drinks to spec with speed and care
* Deliver warm, memorable service on every shift
* Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked
* Learn and grow through regular training and mentorship
* Support your team and share knowledge along the way
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar.
* Strong communicator and team player under pressure.
* Passionate about hospitality, people, and personal growth.

What to Expect:
* Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £15-16 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
