Senior Legal Counsel Wealth Management Global Banking Group
The Role
Senior Legal Counsel working as a team advising a fast growing UK Wealth Management business covering a broad spectrum of wealth management and UHNW clients
* Provide specialised legal advice on wealth management, investment management and custody solutions.
* Advising on the development of new products and digital solutions
* Manage Legal, business and Regulatory risk
* Advise on Regulation around product development and strategic initiatives
* Advising on bespoke investment management, dealing, custody, and wrapper agreements.
* Review, draft, advise on and negotiate key supplier agreements as applicable.
Candidate Profile
* Legal Counsel with Private Practice or in-house experience
* Experience of UK Wealth Management products including Funds / IM agreements
* New Product development experience
* ESG experience a plus
