Role Purpose:
An experienced Payroll Officer is required to join the busy team for a business near Solihull Town Centre on
temporary to permanent
basis. This will be a part time position working approx. 9.30am
3pm, 4 days per week (including a Friday).With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will be a team player with excellent organisation ability and strong numeracy skills.
Key Duties:
Accurately processing pay, expense claims and mileage
Ensure excellent attention to detail while checking entries, amendments, bank details etc
Provide a front line service liaising with HMRC, pension providers and other third parties
Complete administrative tasks as required to support HR and Payroll teams
Key Skills/Experience Required:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths
Experience of working within a payroll related environment
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills
Good team player
