About
Location: RH11 8PA
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday – Sunday.
Salary Offered: £27,300 per annum.

The Role And Responsibilities
* The role involves supporting people with a variety of complex needs, including mental health to live as independently as possible in a supported living environment with the potential to transition to full independent living.
* You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a team of staff.
* Supported by the Registered Manager to ensure that there is effective engagement with multi-disciplinary teams to support the people living in the service. This will include managing the team to support adults to live independently with support/signposting to access Hub-based and Wellbeing services to build increased community resilience for individuals.
* Ensure the promotion of non-medical solutions and mental wellbeing, development of self-management strategies, supporting people to address any health issues as well as accessing therapeutic interventions.
* Ensure the provision of a quality recovery focused approach to people who may present with complex needs, for example, anxiety or depression, alongside other issues - drug or alcohol misuse or debt problems etc.; supporting people to self-manage long term health conditions using a range of techniques and in a non-judgmental way respecting diversity and lifestyle choices.
