An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lee Brigg Infant and Nursery School, to appoint a highly motivated and committed Lunchtime Supervisor to join our superb team. We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor who:
1. Fully support the ethos of the school
2. Be willing to participate with games and activities; both in and outdoors. These activities can vary on a daily basis so need to be tolerate of change
3. Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
4. Be patient, caring, understanding, positive and supportive
5. Support pupils while they eat their lunch, making sure tables are clean and that water is available
6. Ensure table manners are maintained
7. Report accident forms if necessary
8. Ensure that school discipline & Child Protection policies are implemented
9. Support the work of other Lunchtime Supervisors & school staff
10. Respond well to delegation as required by the supervisor & senior members of staff
11. Record inappropriate pupil behaviour and convey serious incidents to the senior leaders
12. Maintain checks throughout the lunch break to ensure pupils are safe
13. Have good communication skills
14. Act as a positive role model
15. The support and expertise of an experienced Senior Leadership Team, active Governing Body, skilled Waterton School Improvement Professionals and wider network of professional colleagues across the family of schools
