Offer description

The role will be office based, however can offer flexible hours if required to suit school pick up but ideally offering full time role.

Great opportunity working within a small fun friendly team. Duties will be varied including management office, direct report for staff

* Sales ledger
* Post the daily receipts
* Reconcile the sales ledger accounts
* Sending out customer statements
* Respond to customer service and account queries
* Credit Control support
* Payroll
* Cashflow management and liason with Director
* Supplier payments
* Match goods receipts to purchase orders and invoices
* Process purchase invoices in Hubdoc / Xero
* Reconcile supplier accounts
* Produce Monthly P&L & Management Pack
