Assembly Production Operative - Ceramics
Location: Droitwich
Pay: £14.49 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Rotating weekly shifts
We are currently recruiting an Assembly Production Operative to join the Ceramics department of a global leader in precision manufacturing.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected company. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspecting moulds to ensure they meet high-quality standards
2. Using ceramic materials to smooth out imperfections and achieve a perfect finish
3. Handling small, delicate components with care and precision
4. Following set manufacturing processes and quality guidelines
5. Working in a seated position throughout the shift
Requirements
6. High levels of patience and attention to detail
7. A steady hand and ability to focus on intricate tasks
8. Ideal for candidates with an interest in model making, crafts, or fine detail work
9. Ability to follow instructions and work to strict quality standards
10. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
11. No prior experience needed - full training provided
Working Hours (Weekly Rotating Shifts)
Early Shift:
12. Monday - Thursday: 5:45am - 1:45pm
13. Friday: 5:45am - 11:45am
Late Shift:
14. Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
15. Friday: 12:00pm - 7:05pm
