Job Description
Job Title: Flexible SEND & Medical Needs Tutor
Location: On-Site (Various Locations) & Online
Salary: per hour
Hours: Flexible, from 4 to 40 hours per week
Are you a resilient and empathetic tutor passionate about making a real difference? The Catch Up Academy is seeking dedicated educators to provide crucial 1:1 support to children who have been unable to secure a school place, or whose SEND or medical needs prevent them from accessing mainstream education.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to build a strong, positive relationship with a student, prioritising their specific likes, needs, and interests to re-engage them with learning. We are looking for tutors who are adaptable, patient, and resilient, with the ability to create a supportive and effective learning environment outside of a traditional classroom.
Hours are highly flexible, ranging from 4 to 40 per week, to suit your availability. The role involves a mix of on-site tutoring (at a neutral location or the student's home) and online sessions. In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive pay rate of per hour.
