The role
As a Group Sustainability Data, Reporting & Systems Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Assisting in the smooth collection, storage, assurance and reporting of the business’ sustainability data through effective administration of the IBM Envizi platform (Babcock’s Environmental Data Management System) as well as other systems such as SharePoint, Outlook and Azure DevOps.
Day-to-day, you’ll administer and maintain Envizi in line with business requirements ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance Code and external reporting requirements.
1. Maintaining effective systems for document filing, issues/queries management and training logs.
2. Collation and distribution of general team communications to the business.
3. Carrying out monthly data upload audits and requesting any missing data from the business.
4. Assisting the team in the locating and acquisition of key sustainability data sets both within and external to the business.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with the requirement to be onsite at Bristol two to three times per month. You may be required to travel to other sites as and when required.
Essential experience of the Group Sustainability Data, Reporting & Systems Administrator:
5. Knowledge of the MS Office Suite including basic excel skills
6. High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
7. High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
8. Proven and relevant experience in a general or systems administrative role.
9. Ability & willingness to learn and use core IT systems, and follow processes related to data administration and quality
