My client are a Legal 500 law firm in the Bournemouth area is seeking a Contentious Wills & Probate Associate Solicitor to join its expanding private client team in a key position. With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong management team, the firm provides the support necessary to help you progress in your career.
Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of complex matters
* Handling a full range of contentious private client issues
* Engaging in business development and networking to attract new clients and grow the practice
Requirements
* 3+ years PQE in relevant field
* Experience in contentious wills, probate and trust claims, IPFDA litigation and Court of Protection matters
* Strong client relationship management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a supportive environment with potential for growth
