Position: Lead Support Worker (Senior Support Worker) – full time, 37.5 hours per week
Compensation: £13.57 - £14.76 per hour

We are currently looking for full time (37.5 hours a week) Senior Support Workers, internally known as a Lead Support Worker, to support adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Responsibilities
* As Lead Support Worker, assist the Locality Manager by working on shift to provide day-to-day support to the staff team.
* Deliver excellent person-centred support via supervision, positive role modelling, team meetings, observations, and consistent 1:1 support.
* Understand the person you are supporting, providing emotional and practical support to enable them to live life their way.
Qualifications / Skills
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
* A commitment to empowering people.
* Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
* Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
* Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
* Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
