We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our growth strategy by generating talent pipelines and leading recruitment efforts in our manufacturing and assembly operations. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact in a scaling company. Day-to-day of the role: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all manufacturing and assembly positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, aligning recruitment activities with business goals. Provide strategic advice to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. Proactively plan and pipeline talent through needs assessments and hiring forecasts with key stakeholders. Lead employer branding efforts in the manufacturing sector and establish talent pipelines for critical roles. Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and educational institutions to support staffing needs. Optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement. Facilitate structured interview processes that align with role requirements and competencies. Manage high-volume recruiting initiatives and ensure compliance with labour laws and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven recruitment experience, including managing multiple recruitment campaigns in ROI & the UK. Experience in high-volume recruitment and implementing best practice recruitment methods. Familiarity with online recruitment systems. Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths and English. Full clean UK / ROI driving license, as the role is based at both Banbridge & Dundalk Facilities. Strong organisational and influencing skills, with effective interpersonal and communication abilities. Strategic thinker capable of building talent pipelines in line with growth plans. Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
