The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Property MLS Lawyer (0-3 years’ PQE, English law) with a strong foundation in asset management to join our growing Property Managed Legal Services (MLS) team. You’ll work on high-quality, portfolio-focused matters and help deliver a responsive, efficient service that supports clients’ operational and strategic objectives.

Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm; however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
1. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of asset management documents, including leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents and related agreements
2. Take ownership of asset management transactions such as grants of lease, renewals, assignments and terminations, delivering a responsive, high-quality service aligned to client expectations
3. Support the effective management of client portfolios by ensuring compliance with the legal, regulatory and operational requirements of a managed legal service
4. Work closely with clients’ in-house legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless, trusted and proactive service
5. Manage matters efficiently with clients and internal colleagues, providing clear, practical legal advice aligned to commercial objectives and portfolio strategy
About you
6. A qualified lawyer (0-3 years’ PQE) with a genuine interest in asset management and developing your expertise within a specialist Managed Legal Services environment
7. Confident handling core asset management matters, ideally with experience supportinglarge-scale and/or high-volume property portfolios
8. Curious and commercially minded, with the ability to understand client priorities and tailor legal advice accordingly
9. Interested in legal technology and smarter ways of delivering legal services (including process improvement and efficiency)
10. Motivated to contribute to continuous improvement, efficiency and high-quality client outcomes as part of a collaborative team
