What Will You Do As Our Payroll Assistant
* Collate and process timesheets into accounting software.
* Input payable hours (uplifts and overtime) based on hours worked and contract entitlements into Excel.
* Process data and prepare payroll in the payroll module.
* Support the payroll manager by preparing and collating payroll information for the groups foreign subsidiary’s.
* Support the payroll manager by preparing payroll tax information and payments for the group.
* Support the payroll manager by administering pension and auto enrolment.
* Support the payroll manager by administering shadow payroll.
What Are We Looking For In Our Payroll Assistant
* Strong organisational skills.
* Calm, organised, and focused during busy periods in a dynamic role with shifting priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel (small Excel test may be required upon interview).
* Good numerical and analytical thinking.
* Comfortable working without constant supervision.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Experience working in a payroll assistant or similar role (full training will be provided).
