Your role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Community Manager to join the Warner Classics team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our brand presence, driving engagement through innovative social content and CRM strategies. You will bridge the gap between our world-class artists and their audiences, blending storytelling with data-driven strategy. Primary responsibilities
Strategy & Content Creation
* Partner with the Head of Audience & Digital Marketing to shape and execute our social media and community strategies.
* Curate and manage the global editorial calendar across digital channels.
* Oversee end-to-end creation of social-first content.
* Pilot new content formats, platforms, and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of digital culture.
Community Building, CRM & Engagement
* Execute strategies to capture first-party data and turn casual listeners into super-fans.
* Manage and engage with online communities and content creators.
* Advise artists on social best practices and co-create bespoke campaigns.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
* Manage paid campaigns to drive audience acquisition and support key OKRs.
* Track KPIs using tools like Sprout Social to refine content strategy and ROI.
* Conduct regular research to ensure discoverability.
Collaboration
* Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams (London, Paris, Berlin, NY) to ensure a unified strategy.
* Build a network within the wider Warner Music Group ecosystem.
* Build relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach beyond core audiences.
Experience level
* 3-5 years' experience in social media or digital marketing roles, ideally with a global scope.
* Strong understanding of fan behaviour, community building and data-driven marketing.
* Skilled collaborator with experience supporting diverse stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
* Familiarity with CRM, e-commerce and community platforms, ideally within music or creative industries.
* Native-level English skills; additional language skills (French or German) a plus.
