What you will do
* Lead and manage a team of qualified occupational therapists and support staff, setting clear goals and expectations to drive service excellence and continuous professional development.
* Oversee the delivery of comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring best practice and compliance with relevant legislation and clinical standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor service improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures to enhance quality of care, efficiency, and outcomes for service users.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Must be registered with the HCPC.
