Job Description
3. Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
4. Maintaining and optimising HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
5. Reviewing, improving, and implementing HR processes and policies to drive efficiency and compliance
6. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
7. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and practical guidance to employees and managers
8. Assisting with payroll coordination and maintaining accurate employee records
9. Producing HR reports and insights to support decision-making
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
10. Previous experience in a generalist HR role
11. Strong systems aptitude-confident working with HRIS platforms and Excel
12. A process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
13. Excellent organisational and time management skills
14. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
