What’s the role?
You’ll work closely with execs and senior leaders, acting as a strategic partner. You’ll help shape and deliver a people agenda aligned with business priorities—covering acquisitions, organisational change, operational efficiencies, and workforce transformation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Embedding yourself in the business, acting as a trusted adviser and coach to leaders navigating growth and complexity
* Leading and implementing change—transformation, acquisitions, or new ways of working
* Using data and insight to influence decisions on structure, succession, and other HR initiatives
* Owning and leading key people projects across the business
* Delivering pragmatic, commercial HR solutions that make a real difference
What we’re looking for:
* An experienced People Partner with a background working alongside executive leaders
* A strong generalist HR skill set—experience in OD, reward, ER, talent, L&D, and more
* A proven track record supporting change and embedding efficient ways of working
* Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and proactive
* A relationship-builder who is commercially savvy and solutions-oriented
* An understanding of the challenges faced by a field-based operational workforce
