You will be able to plan and deliver a broad, differentiated curriculum using a range of teaching strategies, while leading a class team effectively. Strong communication skills, an understanding of child development, and a commitment to supporting pupils with complex needs are essential. Experience in SLD/PMLD settings and additional qualifications in Special Education are desirable.
