Overview
Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: Sudbury, CO10
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Part time nights, typically 22:00 – 08:00
Salary and shifts are subject to change per business requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide overnight care for a 14-year-old boy in Sudbury
* Deliver personal care and support, manage epilepsy including administration of rescue medication
* Assist with continence care and ensure comfort and safety throughout the night
* Follow the individual care plan and work closely with the family to provide consistent, high-quality care
* Have access to own car to travel to the client’s home to ensure reliable support
What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
* UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
