Pay: £95 – £120 per day
Do you have a passion for supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning? A caring and inclusive secondary school in Chesham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral support team this September.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing individualised behavioural support to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff to implement and review personalised behaviour plans
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
* Monitoring behaviour trends and recording progress, sharing insights with families and staff
* Supporting students in building resilience, self-regulation, and social-emotional skills
* Taking part in whole-school wellbeing initiatives, mentoring schemes, and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional needs (experience preferred but not essential)
* Be calm, empathetic, and resilient when working in challenging situations
* Have a strong commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and inclusive education
* Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Be keen to take part in training and contribute to a positive school culture
